Things to Do in Kells

Kells

Kells is an old fishing village and still continues in the fishing tradition to this day. Scenic walks from the village offer panoramic viewing points while the tranquil atmosphere and crystal clear water of the sheltered blue flag beach at Kells Bay has made it a family favourite for years during the summer months. .

Ideally situated between Glenbeigh and Cahirsiveen, Kells beach characterises the unspoilt nature of South Kerry. The small beach is located close to a little harbour
and loads of fun can be had jumping off the pier! A wide range of flora and fauna surrounds the beach. The beach is quite private and is much quieter than other
beaches that are found in the area. One word to describe Kells - Perfect!
