My husband and I are just back from a 2 night stay at your hotel, and we just could not rest until we let you all know what a wonderful time we had, from our first phone call we knew we would be looked after well, we spoke to the lovely Ester in reception and she could not have been more delightful. When we landed, we were greeted by a lovely fire roaring away in the lobby, and promptly dealt with with smiles all round. Our room, was room 118, and WOW, when we come back again, we would like to book the same one, or one adjacent to it , the view was breathtaking, and the room itself was lovely and clean and spacious, so thank you to the accommodation staff, who present the rooms so nicely.
We had a beautiful dinner that night, in the restaurant and we were greeted by Louise and quickly made feel comfortable at our table, Gin one of the waitresses was also lovely throughout, and i know there was a few other staff on but i cant for the life of me, remember their names, they were all fabulous though. Best Pavlova Ive ever had !!
Jack and Ian looked after us in the bar that night and the next day , with always a smile, and a lovely friendly nature about them both, always willing to drop our drinks down for us, and nothing was ever to much of a hassle. Breakfast was very nice also, with a lovely spread laid out and coffee/tea/toast brought out very quickly. Christine, one of the girls on reception was also a breath of fresh air, never to busy to chat to us, or give out information, so friendly and always had a smile for us, we were very nearly tempted to stay another night at check out !!!
Again if i have left out anyone by name, i am very sorry, all the staff were brilliant!! 5 Star !!
We will definitely be back to stay, sooner rather than later we hope, and we will recommend your hotel to all our friends and family, thank you so much again for such a wonderful anniversary weekend away!
