My Husband and I would like to thank all the staff of the Sneem Hotel,we had our wedding there on Thursday 11th of August 2011 and are a week married today. We honestly wouldn't have changed one thing about our day, once we booked the hotel they couldn't do enough for us. We had a small wedding of 40 but were treated like we had 400. The service and staff were excellent, the food divine and the rooms were beautiful. Everyone of our guests loved the hotel and will return. Thanks for making our day even more amazing. As the Anniverary aprroaches we just wanted to very belatedly say a huge thank you to you all for the fantastic help and support you gave us in preparing our big day, and for being hugely welcoming and accomodating tu us & our guests on the weekend itself. Attended a Wedding here on July 23rd. It was absolutely top notch - perfect in every detail . The planning was meticulous, the meal was truly memorable and the staff were marvellous. Add to that the spectacular setting and a fireworks display over the cove and the romance was complete!
I did not stay in the hotel , but guests who did were very happy with it.

Sneem Hotel provided the most wonderful and magical wedding day any bride could possibly imagine. Expectations were surpassed with everything - staffing, food, the room set up, the atmosphere, the flow of events... EVERYTHING - even the weather, was perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you Sneem Hotel, you were all amazingly good.
For any bride to be, I (and all my wedding guests) would highly recommend Sneem Hotel - not only will they go above and beyond anything you ask for, but the day is filled with loads of other surprise gifts and services they provide - I stayed on for an extra 2 nights after my wedding and was still receiving wedding treats then! All our guests thoroughly enjoyed it - my girlfriends have referred to it as "the perfect wedding" and everyone was blown away by Sneem and the setting of the hotel - well worth the flights from Canada and the drive from Dublin & Galway :)

Sorry it has taken me so long to write this letter. This is Edel and Alan here and we just wanted to send a big thank you to you both for our perfect wedding day on the 31/12/09. Please thank all the girls and boys, men and woman who worked new years eve for our wedding because they were truly perfect!! It was not just myself and alan who thought that, but all our guest, who on numerous times told us how lovely, hospitable, and simply perfect every member of your staff was!! You know this day and age that quality of staff is impossible to find in a hotel, but please be so very proud because you truly have it all in the Sneem hotel. I have such a big tear in my eye remembering the day, you will probably laugh or think this one is totally mad, but you all were just so perfect!! The Sneem hotel with my friends and family, alan's friends and family, friends from as far away as brazil and Oz have gone home with nothing but an amazing time and the complete comfort they shared with us in the Sneem hotel.
Warmest memories, perfect service, amazing food!! such pleasant fun and full of life staff combined with too very special managers, there is not enough words for myself and alan to say, Thank you seems so very small in light of the perfect day you gave to us!!

My partner and I live in Australia and got married at the Sneem hotel in May 09. All the wedding bookings and organization was done over the internet guided by sites such as trip advisor. We picked Sneem Hotel from over 200 venues. Our main reasons for choosing Sneem Hotel was we wanted a venue that was large enough to accommodate up to 140 guests yet small enough not to lose that charm that Ireland is renowned for, a fantastic menu and a picturesque location.
On meeting the staff and viewing the hotel for the first time we knew we had made the perfect choice. The rooms are huge and modern with stunning views over the lake, a plasma TV and internet connection. Every staff member we met was very friendly and helpful. Our first night there we had room service and had the best fish and chips that we have ever eaten... seriously.
Having only a few days to make every thing fall into place, Louise went above and beyond to make sure that everything went perfectly on the day. (p.s thanks for the chairs and the red carpet). Everyone of our guests we talked to commented on the quality of the food and how much there was - the baileys cheesecake is the best.
The reception room was fantastic with huge chandeliers and decorated very tastefully with great views of the lake.
A huge thanks to all the staff at the hotel for making our stay and our wedding day so perfect.

Friends and Family especially from England who had not been to Ireland before commented what a great day they had from the beautiful hotel and grounds to the how lovely the food was and what a perfect venue you offer.
