Enter a world of mischievous fairies and Halloween magic at Sneem Hotel. Follow the enchanting trail through the hotel grounds and discover what magic awaits along the way.

The Blow-Ins of Inbhear Scéine | Book Launch

Discover stories and experiences from people who have made Inbhear Scéine (Kenmare Bay) their home.

Sunset & Dark Skies Night-time Walk
6pm | Meet at Dan Murphy’s

Experience Sneem after dark on a three-hour moderate walk. Walking boots, waterproof clothing, water and snacks are recommended. Advance booking is required. 

Saturday, 24 October

Men’s Shed BBQ Fundraiser
5pm | Sneem Pier | €20 per person

Enjoy an evening by the water while supporting Sneem Men’s Shed.

Geo Walk
6pm | Meet at The Little Church

A one-hour, family and dog-friendly walk exploring how geology has shaped the landscape around Sneem.

Dingle Whiskey Tasting
9pm | The Loft at Dan Murphy’s Bar | €25 per person

Gather round for good spirits with an evening whiskey tasting. 

Sunday, 25 October

There's plenty happening around Sneem on Sunday, including a Sneem Rowing Club Table Quiz at Riney’s Pub at 8pm, an Artisan Market at Sneem Community Centre from 10am–2pm and a Monster Car Boot Sale in South Square from 11am.

Don't miss Scarecrows on the Green at 2pm, when Sneem's scarecrow creations will be displayed in South Square for judging.

Back at Sneem Hotel, enjoy traditional Irish music with Kevin Larkin & Friends from 9pm.

Samhain/Halloween Nature Camp

Outdoor fun, creativity and connection for little explorers during the Halloween break.

Halloween Arts & Crafts – Sneem Hotel

Pumpkins on the Bridge

Help keep one of Sneem's Halloween traditions alive by displaying your carved pumpkin on the village bridge. Pumpkins will be on display throughout the day and night.  

Lantern Making Workshop

Create your own lantern to ward off the Halloween spooks.

Samhain na Snadhma Parade
5.30pm | North Square to Sneem Community Centre

Gather up your little ghouls, dress in your best Halloween costumes and join the parade through Sneem.

Kids' Halloween Party

Games, dancing and plenty of Halloween fun before heading out for some trick-or-treating. Parental accompaniment is required.
