Waterville ( An CoireÁn) "The Little Whirlpool", is the premier coastal tourist centre on the Ring of Kerry. Waterville nestles between Balinskelligs Bay & Lough Currane, you will find mountains & lakeland with the added advantage of the sea on your doorstep.

Waterville and its surrounding area offers a number of breathtaking walks and places to see. One worth noting has to be the walk up to the Coomakista Pass. Although it is known ton be a long walk it is most definately worth it for the breathtaking views over the mouth of the Kenmare River. There is also a number of historical sites which
have to be visited including Staigue Fort, Cill Rialaig and nearby Derrynane House and National Park - the birthplace of one of the most famous men in Irish History - Daniel O'Connell.
